Under Validation

Catch broken TF trees before you launch the robot.

A fast on-device CLI that builds the frame graph from URDF and flags cycles, islands, and missing parent links — before RViz and the real hardware waste your afternoon.

What v1 would actually check

Static graph properties only. Not a full motion planner.

01

Cycle and island detection

Builds a directed frame graph from URDF and reports loops or disconnected components.

02

Missing parent/child links

Flags references that will fail lookup before you bring up the stack.

03

CI-friendly CLI

Exit non-zero on hard errors so the check can run in pull requests without a simulator.

This is a product decision, not a finished product.

The concept is being validated before development time is committed. Joining tells us the problem is relevant to you and gives you first access if the evidence supports a build.

Questions, answered clearly.

The current scope, privacy model, and next step without launch-day promises.

Does it replace RViz / tf2_echo?

No. It is a preflight. Runtime inspection remains useful for live systems.

Will it parse arbitrary launch.py?

v1 targets URDF/xacro graphs. Fully dynamic trees constructed only in Python at runtime are explicitly out of scope.

Does this guarantee the intended outcome?

No. Static graphs cannot prove every runtime publisher is correct. Operators still validate on hardware.

What happens when I request access?

Your email is recorded for this experiment only. You receive one relevant update or beta invitation if the concept moves forward.
